2. Ticket Purchases

Confirmed Ticket Orders

Once a ticket order has been successfully processed and confirmed, tickets are generally:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-returnable
  • Non-exchangeable

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase.


3. Event Cancellation

If a match or event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, customers may be eligible for:

  • A full refund of the ticket purchase price; or
  • Any remedy offered by the official event organizer.

Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the tournament organizer, venue, ticket issuer, or governing body.


4. Event Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Tickets may remain valid for the new date.
  • Refund availability will depend on the policies established by the official organizer.
  • World Cup Pass will communicate any available options once official guidance is received.

5. Denied Entry or Ejection

Refunds will not be issued if a customer:

  • Arrives late
  • Fails security screening
  • Violates venue policies
  • Is denied entry due to invalid identification
  • Is removed from the venue for misconduct

6. Customer Errors

Refunds are generally not available for errors made during purchase, including:

  • Incorrect ticket selections
  • Incorrect dates or matches chosen
  • Incorrect personal information provided
  • Failure to review order details before payment

Customers should carefully verify all information before completing checkout.


7. Hospitality Packages

Hospitality packages may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

More Than 60 Days Before Event

Customers may request cancellation subject to administrative and processing fees.

Within 60 Days of Event

Hospitality package purchases are generally non-refundable.

Specific package terms may override this policy where applicable.


8. Travel and Accommodation Services

Where World Cup Pass offers travel-related services:

  • Flights are subject to airline cancellation policies.
  • Hotel bookings are subject to hotel cancellation policies.
  • Transportation services are subject to provider-specific terms.

Refunds for travel services are governed by the applicable supplier’s policies.


9. Duplicate Orders

If a customer accidentally places a duplicate order, they must contact World Cup Pass immediately.

Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund decision remains at our sole discretion.


10. Fraud Prevention

World Cup Pass reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Refuse service
  • Request identity verification
  • Delay fulfillment while security checks are conducted

Orders canceled for fraud prevention reasons may be refunded following verification.


11. Chargebacks

  • Venue closures
  • Security concerns

Refund rights in such situations will depend on the policies of the relevant event organizer or service provider.
